Fleet Assistant urgently required: Salary R15 000 to R20 000 per month

Purpose of the Position:

Provide clerical and operational services that ensures a smooth efficiency on the management of administrative fleet tasks, providing excellent customer service and client / supplier liaison.

Responsibilities and Duties

Compiling all related fleet/logistics documentations;
Compile Invoices;
Renewals of licenses and car disks;
Any administrative task relating to the fleet / logistics department;
Compiling of recons and expenditures;
Managing the input of data on the fleet / logistics excel register;
Liaison with clients, suppliers, employees and management;
Driving of vehicles and movement from place to place where directed;
Ensure accuracy of data input;
Scheduling service of vehicles and or repair and maintenance work where required;
Maintain filing system of all related fleet and logistics information;
Traveling to various African countries (transporting / pickups of vehicles) where directed.

Academic & Trade Qualifications:

High school graduate
Fleet Experience (preferable)
Advance driving certification (preferable)

Work experience and Skills:

Proven experience with contactable references;
2 or more years related experience;
Skill in driving high standard quality vehicles;
Possession of a valid passport;
Possession of a Code 10 vehicle license.
