Requirements:
� Matric with at least 2 years� experience
� Accounting/Bookkeeping Diploma/Degree
� General accounting knowledge and financial skills
� Good written and verbal skills
� Numerate, accurate, methodical, customer centric and attention to detail
� Computer literacy is essential
� Experience in working on Pastel will be advantageous
Key outputs:
� Reconcile loan accounts
� Prepare and post payroll journals
� Prepare and post journals including accruals, depreciation etc.
� Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
� Capture the cashbook and reconcile bank accounts for subsidiaries
� Prepare audit files and audit schedules
� Reconcile the cash received with the receipts issued
� Processing Petty Cash
� Prepare VAT, EMP, and other statutory payments
� Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register
� Prepare month-end reporting schedules for management accounts
� Prepare daily cash flows
