Driver Manager needed immediately: APPLY NOW

KEY DUTIES; Manage the driver behaviour by monitoring: Inidents & Accidents of drivers. Managing the fines. Managing drivers fuel usage. Managing drivers consumptions. Manage driver trips & bonuses. Manage driver documents.

REQUIREMENTS: Should have a valid code 14 drivers licence. At least 5 – 10 years experience in the industry. Debrief Drivers after each round trip on their times & driving behaviour. Manage the drivers leave schedules. Interact with the Workshop to manage the tyres & service schedules with drivers & monitor repairs with drivers. Reporting to Operations manager & HR manager.

AREAS THAT WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS; Understand the drivers training procedures for professional driving. Understand the operational side of Long Distance transport (overborder an advantage)

SKILLS: Human resources / Industrial relations / Industrial Psychology background. Ability to manage employees. Understanding the transport industry & willing to communicate well with drivers, to ensure building relations. Willing to grow & develop in the business.
