E-Commerce Stock Coordinator needed urgently: APPLY NOW

We are looking for an eCommerce Stock Co-ordinator to join our warehouse/eCommerce team.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle dispatching large volumes of orders, have an in-depth knowledge of eCommerce structure, willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of our products and business. Must be organised, attention to detail and be able to handle stressful situations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Dispatching orders
General management of eCommerce allocated stock
Supporting our online team
Liaise directly with courier company
Stock updates
Daily dispatch reports
Packing and organising orders
Management of refunded/returned stock
Keeping warehouse organised and in order
Processing and creation of waybills

Overview:

eCommerce stock co-ordinator will report directly to the eCommerce manager
Primary role is to oversee and manage all operations and administration of the Distribution Centre/Warehouse inclusive of receiving, processing, dispatching and delivery of stock through to online customers.
To manage our courier services daily.

Key Accountabilities:

Stock control and order dispatching.
Oversee and manage all operations and administration of the distribution warehouse inclusive of receiving, processing, dispatching and delivery of ecommerce stock through to online customers.
Will liaise closely with other departments to ensure a maximum flow of stock through the Warehouse.
Will ensure that all packing requirements are followed correctly.
Correspond and report directly to eCommerce team on a daily basis.
Manage the Quality Assurance
Enforcing strict control over the cleanliness and tidiness of the production area at all times to maintain a high standard
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by Management.
Monitoring service of third party carriers.

Qualifications and competencies:

Matric Required.
Minimum 2-4 Years’ experience in warehouse role(eCommerce experience is a bonus)
Clothing Retail experience will be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to use own initiative
Good attention to detail
Good communication skills
Computer Literate: Microsoft Office
