Butchery Manager / Blockman needed immediately: Salary R20 000 to R25 000 per month

Food retail store has a Butcher / Butchery Manager position available. Looking for candidates with 7+ years experience as a butcher. Main duties will include meat preparation and cutting as well as general meat management. Applicants must also have strong general butchery management skills.

Knowledge of meat aging essential. Must have exceptional meat quality and quantity control skills. Strong staff management and staff training skills essential. The suitable candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and with high volumes.

Strong admin skills required. Will be responsible for the complete butchery section and will report directly to the GM. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. R 20 – 25 K CTC. Quote Reference RA105 when applying.
