A professional Distribution Service operating in Sub Saharan Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to be based in the Stellenbosch Office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and process Customer Discount Agreements for Key Account groups

· Discount and selling price calculations

· Review discounts given and investigate price discrepancies

· Report on sales and performance

· Manage the filing system

Desired Qualification & Experience:

· Senior Certificate (at a minimum)

· At least 4 years of work experience in a similar role

· Liquor Industry exposure beneficial

· MS Office. Excel at an advanced level. Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and Formulae (e.g. vlookups) non-negotiable.

· Knowledge of ERP and B2B systems beneficial
