CFAM Technologies, a manufacturer of world-class food and feed processing equipment is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to work in a project-driven environment. We are passionate about food security and enable communities to utilize locally produced agricultural products to support food security through extrusion technology.

Job Description:
Answering calls and taking detailed information for quoting purposes.
Do quotations and follow up.
Filing and relevant paperwork.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Managing switchboard to various staff.
Responding/following up on emails.
Filing of all documents.
Administrative support across the organization.
Arrange travel and accommodations when necessary.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
Book a meeting room and organize catering for meetings.
Set up a meeting room with necessary stationery and equipment.

Qualifications:
Matric
Own transport
Relevant experience in office administration and organizational skills
Be presentable
Have good computer skills, Word, Excel and Email
Telephone Skills
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills/bilingual
Be able to work under pressure
Must be available to work overtime
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
