Executive Admin Assistant Intern wanted immediately: Salary R8 750 per month
We are currently looking for an excellent Executive Administrative Assistant intern to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Successful candidate will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.
Duties:
Ability to handle queries and requests appropriately
Knowledgeable in the tasks of receiving calls, routing correspondence and taking messages
Act as the main contact between the external/ internal clients and executives
Produce briefs, reports and presentations
Take accurate dictation of minutes and enter data effectively
Arrange meetings and appointments to provide reminders in diary
Making travelling arrangements
Carry out and develop an efficient filing system and documentation
Requirements:
Skills
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Successful candidate will be mentored and trained
Skilled and knowledgeable in MS Office packages
Proficient in the English language
Grade 11- 12 1-3 year experience. Diploma and degree in business-related
