Qualifications & requirements:
Matric certificate
6+ years of IT related experience.
Certifications in IT (MCSE / MCIPT preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated.
Be able to work both in a team and individually.
A pro-active approach to work, not re-active.
· Code 08 driving license
· Must have own reliable vehicle to travel to the client’s premises
· No criminal record

Active Directory
DNS
DHCP
Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019
Windows Server 2008/R2 2012/R2 2016 & 2019
Deploying a windows domain environment from scratch
Networking experience
General Network and Desktop Support
Backup Management and Anti-Spam system support (Mimecast experience beneficial)
Internet, VPN and Firewall Support
Solutions Architecture
Hyper-V and other virtualization technologies
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office packages.
VoIP experience would be beneficial.
Managed services (not required but would be an advantage)
Advantageous / beneficial:
· Familiarity with a CRM / ticketing system to track an update job progress.
· VOIP experience
· 0365 Azure
· AWS Google Apps
