Qualifications & requirements:

· 1 year + IT specific working experience

· Code 08 driving license

· No criminal record

Experience required:

· Windows Server Environment Standalone

· Active Directory

· Microsoft Exchange

· Firewall technologies, Network Knowledge, Wireless Knowledge (Unifi)

· VPN Support

· Network Cabling

Outputs

· Removing and Adding machines to domain

· Adhere to support in accordance to Service Level Agreements

· Assist customers onsite with a wide array of IT-related queries

· Assist a wide variety of clients with desktop support.

· Installation of network cabling and infrastructure

We recognize this is a junior post, expecting the candidate’s skill set will be limited. We are prepared to assist in upskilling the successful candidate, who, will need to have an equal drive to gain knowledge & experience for this role. This will ensure the candidate is growing within the organization and keeping abreast with the latest technologies

Advantageous / beneficial:

· Familiarity with a CRM / ticketing system to track an update job progress.

· Experience with Remote Management Software such as TeamViewer

· An understanding of ISP services, such as ADSL accounts

· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are also expected

· VOIP experience
