Sales / Account Executive wanted immediately: Salary R20 000 to R25 000 per month

Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role with Microsoft products and solutions is essential.
Focus for this role will be on achieving sales and profit goals through existing clients and net new sales resulting from direct client interface, on-site visits, account planning, partner teaming and engagement, as well as solution development and implementation. The primary function will be to develop and drive Microsoft Solution opportunities to closure and expand those opportunities. You will work internally to design and recommend sales and marketing programs and assist in short-term and long-term software sales strategies within their assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
40% of your time will be spent with customers identifying and surfacing new engagements that align with the customer’s business strategy.
40% of your time will be spent on being the key trusted advisor and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy and adopt Microsoft solutions.
20% of your time will be spent on influencing the go-to-market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers. You will be recognised for sharing, learning and driving work that results in business impact for customers, partners and Microsoft.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of selling to or consulting with enterprise customers.
At least 2-years experience selling Microsoft products and solutions is essential.
Equally considered will be 5+ years of experience driving digital transformation from within the enterprise customers
Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience
Experience to interact with multi-cultural, diverse and remote teams across different disciplines
Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customised, customer-focused pitches and solutions
Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
Solid knowledge of SA industry in the Private Sector.
Basic Salary plus a High Commission
