Luxury Lodge close to Kimberley is looking for a Head Chef. You will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the Kitchen, prepare all food and snacks for spa & lodge, as well as being responsible for procurement and menu planning.

Requirements:

Matric/ NQF Level 4 with a relevant qualification
Relevant Qualification (advantageous)
At least 2 Years’ experience in a similar role
4/5* Lodge experience preferable
Single live in
Fully computer literate
Drivers license essential
