We are recruiting for Restaurant General Managers

Purpose of position:

Plan and direct all fast food restaurant operations whilst maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety. Ensuring efficient and profitable business performance and optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Requirement: Minimum 5 years experience senior management experience in the fast food industry with in-depth working knowledge of food preparation. Solid knowledge of basic accounting, planning and forecasting which includes inventory/cost control. Computer literacy.

Qualified RGM certification: Prerequisite
