Qualipak (Pty) Ltd, an engineering company in Paarl, manufactures equipment for the food and beverage industries and requires the services of a Polisher / Cleaner

(Engineering Industry General Worker Job Grade G).

The successful candidate should be honest, reliable and a team player; have a positive attitude and flexible behavior in general, willing to work overtime when required.

The following qualifications and skills are required for the job:

· Confident with safe work procedures of all hand tools (grinder, buff machine, filing tools, etc.)

· Code 8 driver’s license with minimum 5 years’ experience

· Experience in the engineering industry

· Good communication skills

Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Cleaning and polishing of steel parts

· Checking quantities and loading of parts according to delivery notes

· Delivery of orders to customers and collections from suppliers

· General workshop duties

· Housekeeping duties
