Call Center Agents (Inbound) wanted immediately: Salary R6 000 to R12 000 per month

Role: Working in an exciting and growing Environment-( Banks, Insurance & Telecommunication Companies) you will be integral in helping to resolve customer queries. You will be part of the contact center’s large team and the front line for our customers,

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attending to Clients Queries
Making And Answering Calls From prospective Customers
Take ownership of all communications and keep Customers up-to-date with progress through the process.
Ensuring that basic customer service is Ensured

SKILLS/ Attributes:

Good verbal communication skills
Strong Interaction skills
Positive Attitude

QUALIFICATION: Grade 11 & 12.

NB. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. TRAINING WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ALL CANDIDATES
