Know the different meat temperatures. BLEU, RARE, MR, MED, MW & WELL DONE.
Section needs to stay clean at all times.
Flexible working hours & you should be able to work on all the busy public holidays. Example: Christmas, New Years Eve…
Must report & follow all the working instructions given by the chefs.
Must stay in Gugulethu, Khayalethu8 or Nyanga. (Staff Transport available)
