Bartender wanted immediately: Salary R21,69 an hour
The primary objective in this role is to comply with all mandatory requirements, manage internal and external customers and deliver excellent customer service for the DJ Diners group.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Performance Area:
· Responsible for cash shortages and will be required to pay in any cash shortage
· Responsible for the cash and cash balancing of takings
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Stock taking on a regular basis in order to maintain correct stock levels
· Placing of order in order to keep the bar stocked up
· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and branch patrons
· Responsible for all related administration and paperwork including cash handover document
· Paperwork for transfer of money
· Safety and security of all company assets including taking cash under his/her control
· Ensure that the bar area is clean and presentable for MWOS customers and staff
· Providing an efficient quality customer service
· Ensure communication skills are good in order to provide information to staff and customers clearly and concisely
· Ensuring that breach in policy is reported to the Branch/Regional/HR Manager
· Supports continuity among work teams by documenting & communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

Minimum Requirements:
· Matric
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Bartender role
· Must be able to work shifts including nights.
