Part-time Housekeeper wanted immediately: APPLY HERE
We are urgently seeking an experienced Housekeeper. The position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the household and running errands as required by the employer. This position will suit someone with sober habits that can work preferable on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to do weekly spring cleaning and laundry (including ironing).
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Regular housekeeping
· Dusting of furniture and surfaces
· Mopping, vacuuming and/or sweeping of floors
· Dusting and wiping of electronics, pictures frames etc.
· Dusting and wiping of light switches and other fixtures
· Wiping of surfaces, sinks and appliances
· Washing and drying of dishes
· Wiping outside of cupboards and fridge
· Making beds
· Folding or hanging of clothes in the bedroom
· Cleaning of shower, bath and sinks
· Wiping of counters and taps
· Wiping outside of cupboards and cabinets
· Folding or hanging of clean towels
· Laundry and ironing
· Fridge cleaning
· Oven cleaning
· Packing and cleaning inside cupboards
· Cleaning windows
Experience, qualifications, skills, and attributes
· Experience housekeeping experience
· Based in Fourways, Johannesburg or within 5kms of Fourways, Johannesburg
· Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices
· Ability to read and follow instructions
· Knowledgeable of safety practices
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to meet physical requirements, such as lifting, bending, and standing for duration of shift
· Reliable and honest
· Integrity
· Friendly
· Flexible
· Excellent references
