Reveria Restaurant is looking for a Cleaner/Kitchen Porter. Being one of the only 3 Restaurant in Gauteng to have received 2 forchette from Gambero Rosso in 2021. Work life balance is excellent with the restaurant being closed Sundays, Mondays and Saturdays Lunch.

What will I be doing?
Fixed 2.5 days off (half day on Saturday, all day Sunday and Monday)
Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers, and ensuring bin area is kept clean and tidy
Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are followed
Observe COSHH guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements
Report any maintenance and, or, hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
