Full Job Description

Die Withuis is a medical practice situated in Lyttleton, Centurion. We are in search of a temporary part time receptionist 25 August – 07 October 2022. The role is part time on a rotational basis, and not exceediing 5 hours per day. The rotation includes 07:00-12:00 or 12:00-17:00. It is required that the successful candidate is available every second Saturday (which will be a total of 3 Saturdays during the specified period).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Half day (not exceeding 5 hours) per day Monday-Friday and every second Saturday.
General administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments, filing, taking messages and respond to emails.
Switchboard

Application Requirements:

Afrikaans and English non-negotiable.
Customer service orientation.
People Centricity –Respectful and helpful nature when dealing with clients, peers and colleagues. Being friendly and loyal.
Ability to multitask.
Basic computer skills.

Remuneration:

R4000.00 p/month
