POSITION – RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE
Half day 08h00 – 12h30
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge on physiotherapy treating ICD codes and tariff codes
Dealing with medical providers
Computer literate
Experience in allocating payments from the medical providers
JOB DESCRIPTION
Dealing with patients/clients
Debtors and creditors
Age Analysis monthly, sending statements, emails, sms to patients
Liaising with the accountant, month transactions etc.
Petty cash
Ordering of stock for the practice
Dealing with medical providers, obtaining authorizations for treatments
Ensure all claims have been sent through EDI
Allocating/reconciling the banking
Allocating remittances from the medical provider, resubmitting and following up on payments
Handover of patients
Handling of cash/card payments from patients
Will be working on Panacea 7 (training is offered)
Opening patient files
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: R4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Blaauwbergstrand, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
