Full Job Description

· Achieve monthly store financial objectives by striving for monthly Target– maximizing profitability & meeting sales targets

· Ensure directives are followed through with direction of Store Manager.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Promoting and marketing the business at events or as directed from Management

· Prepare promotional displays with the Store Manager

· Positive follow through of store promotions – Making customers aware of promotions

· Responds to emails simultaneously

· Ensures the store/ premises is open at its scheduled time and closed no earlier than its scheduled time.

· Ensure excellent customer experience.

· Ensure prompt turnaround time on feedback.

· Ensure a high level of customer service to grow customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

· Dealing efficiently with customer queries & complaints

· Strong communication with all staff members

· Follow through on Daily Duties set by the Store Manager
