Responsible for effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1-year administration experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Accurately capture month-end stock data.
- Compile a list of stock to be counted, coordinate, plan and organise weekly/monthly stock counting.
- Perform weekly/monthly stock reconciliations.
- Oversee stock movements/rotations.
- Perform reconciliation of raw material stock.
- Issue purchase orders and receipts, manage and control outstanding orders.
- Issue credit notes and complete credit note register.
- Responsible for petty cash and control cash sales Adifo vs SAP.
- Correct identified costing errors.
- Compile monthly reports and ensure that documents are filed correctly.
- Attend to and resolve debtor and creditor queries.
- Process diesel orders, capture diesel sheets, and prepare weekly and monthly diesel reconciliations.
- Order stationery and refreshments
- Process vehicle license orders
- Issue and capture completed job cards.
- Attend to and resolve debtor and creditor queries and file Filing of Debtors’/Creditors’ invoices.
- Prepare batch reports reconciliation and filing.
- Internal & External invoicing
- POD confirmation prior receipt & budget report exceptions
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Prepare Transport & Production reports.
- Assist with switchboard and HR duties when required.
- Hand documents order & control
- Printing & binding of registers on request
