Engel & Völkers Waterkloof is offering an exciting position for a Rental Agent in the Pretoria Old East area. We provide the best foundation for you to transform your passion for property into professional success – even with no prior experience – with a network of ambitious property practitioners, a pioneering system platform and first-class earning potential.
Responsibilities & Objectives:
· Growing rental portfolio by acquiring new properties
· You will advise and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover
· You will benefit from an existing customer base and will continuously expand your own network
· You will constantly enhance your industry and market expertise to establish yourself as a successful rental agent

Requirements:
· Current NQF4 registration with PPRA
· Excellent communication skills
· Works well in fast paced environment.
· Own reliable transport
· Working cell phone and laptop
· Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Strong Afrikaans community hence native speaking Afrikaans crucial)

Package Offered:
Basic salary – Market related + Commission
