We are a small growing business, looking for a dynamic person to join our team on a part/full-time basis. We are an Australian-based company that handles Inbound & outbound calls, making bookings, transferring calls, sales and general reception work all online. We are looking for someone reliable and will be on time for the shifts. Shifts would be any time from 12 am – 10 am SA time

FUNCTIONS:

Handling inbound & outbound calls for new and existing clients
Dealing with Cold, Warm & Hot Client Leads
Follow up on customer calls wherever necessary
Adhoc duties as required (for both TKR & Clients)
Customization of screens, providing after sales service and support to clients on an ongoing basis – as required
Resolution of complaints, on boarding and welcoming of new clients,
Use of multiple platforms to record,
Maintaining relationships,
Rapport building,
Being proactive with building our brand and reputation,
Objection handling,
A high level of confidentiality when dealing with our systems and processes
Ability to increase sales while providing excellent customer service
Because we are a small business the scope of duties may change according to what is required

REQUIREMENTS:

A Clear English accent
Reliable internet connection (Minimum10 mbps up and down)
Must have a fibre or ADSL line
Laptop/computer (Minimum i3 with 4/8gigs ram)
Good quality headset (With built in microphone)
Friendly personality
Fast learner
Computer literate
Excellent Communication skills
Clear speech (as our business is all done over the phone)
Must be available to work shifts and weekends
Must have a quiet workspace (no background noise)

This position is b2b, b2c, warm and cold leads. Working on various projects and with clients. Pay negotiated on a per project basis with the successful applicants, opportunity to excel and utilize your fabulous persuasion skills.
