We are seeking a passionate and polished Showroom administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a premium experience consistent with our luxury window and door offerings. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with visitors, showcase our products effectively, and compile quotations to meet our client’s specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming Experience: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival to the showroom, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
2. Product Presentation: Showcase the unique features, advantages, and benefits of our window and door products, ensuring to answer any queries and tailor the demonstration based on the client’s needs and preferences.
3. Sales Acumen: Understand clients’ needs and requirements, guiding them towards the most suitable products and offering solutions that best meet their preferences and budget.
4.Quotation Compilation: Efficiently compile accurate quotations for clients based on their selections and specifications, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
5.Coordination: Liaise with the sales team, ensuring that potential leads are smoothly transitioned and followed up on.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from visitors to help improve the showroom experience and understand market trends.
7. Maintain Showroom Appearance: Ensure the showroom is always neat, clean, and products are displayed in the most appealing manner.
8. Stay Updated: Regularly attend training sessions to keep updated with the latest product features, installation techniques, and sales strategies.
9. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, such as updating client records, scheduling appointments, and managing walk-in calendars.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury market.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
– A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
– Proficient in basic computer applications and quotation software.
– Sales-driven with a genuine interest in providing an unparalleled customer experience.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on showroom operation times.

Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role.: 3 years (Preferred)
