Full job description

· General plant assistance with re mixing, packing, stock counts, production & FIFO.

· Ensuring a safe working environment

· Ensuring batches are manufactured as per MOM

· Stacking of product in a safe manner

· Ensuring all product is labelled as per instruction: product Name. Batch Number, Date of Manufacturing, Expiry date

· Weekly cleaning as per schedule

· Ensure adherence to expected standards and practices of cleanliness in accordance to Housekeeping and Cleaning Procedure as per FSSC 22000 Food Safety

· Ensure to make use of company supplied PPE at all times, and to

· Participate in daily production meeting

· Inform your senior in the event that you will be absent or late, 1 hour prior to start of shift

· While working, follow instructions with regards to PPE and safety instructions.

o Ensure compliances of peers

· When working with chemicals/raw materials follow instructions on M.O.M’s with regards to appropriate PPE and safety instructions.

· Immediately inform Management of any abnormalities with raw materials finished goods, machinery and any other problems that occur during the manufacturing process.

o Any breakdowns must be reported immediately.

· Follow instructions set out per company rules & regulations as well as your manager’s directions

· Any reasonable Ad-Hoc requirement/instruction given from the line-manager and/or senior management.
