TEMP PROGRAMME IMPLENTATION MANAGER: SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

REPORTING : SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE (PROJECT MANAGER) Mafikeng, North West

6 MONTHS CONTRACT

PURPOSE : To plan and manage implementation of multi-sectoral social Infrastructure projects within the region.

PROGRAMME MANAGER: SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Qualifications

Minimum of a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in the Built Environment i.e. Building Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Construction Management.

Project Management

Registration with South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as PrCM / PrCMP will be an added advantage.

Candidate to be legible to be professionally registered within 12 Months after appointment. An unendorsed Code EB (Code 08) drivers licence or equivalent.

Work Experience

A minimum of 4 years’ project / programme management experience preferably in the built environment.

Treasury SCM regulation,

CIDB regulation,

Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality assurance,

Social infrastructure (e.g. Education, Health, Justice, Economic, Environment, Energy) knowledge,

Social infrastructure development norms and standards,

Social infrastructure development approaches, methodologies and tools.

SALARY

BASIC R15 000 + R8 368.O1 CAR ALLOWANCE
