Requirements:

· Leads the team of Sales Reps to achieve sales objectives

· Manages team appointments and sales via CRM

· Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

· Collate and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

· Achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relation

· Oversee the training and development of the sales team

· Drive Customer satisfaction and deal with Customer complaints.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

· Manage the team’s expenditure and make finance report.

· Manage bookings and promotional material.

· In charge of Sales & Marketing.

Skills:

Computer skills
2yrs min experience in Sales and marketing essential
FMCG & CRM experience is beneficial
Must be energetic and motivated
