Finance Regional Reporting Manager
Role Location: South Africa
Department: Finance
Employment Type: Fulltime
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Presenting to Board Members and dealing with any Regulatory requirements where applicable.
Managing a team of 4 to 7 team members.
Assisting your team to ensure that month end is completed in a timely manner.
Reviewing P&L while comparing monthly figures against prior month and budget.
Revenue comparison against prior month and budget to ensure that all revenue has been accounted for and to be able to highlight any variances and reasons behind the shift.
Presenting monthly P&L, BS reviews with MDs to review monthly figures and discuss variances (Generally by WD5)
Presenting Country Reviews to Country Head, Regional Head and FD (Generally by WD10)
Support for your team when they are on leave/absent.
Liaise with Auditors on statutory and Group Audits
Review Financial Statements (drafts are completed internally)
Assisting Finance Director with any ad-hoc requests
Ensuring all Group reporting requirements are adhered too.
Assisting the business from a finance perspective to ensure that work is being completed efficiently and in line with group.
