FMCG/Food Manufacturing experience is essential

Requirements:

• Matric with a relevant qualification – Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in Syspro and Excel
• Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliations
• Experience with accounting for finance leases

Responsibilities:

• Handling all bookkeeping duties
• Monthly reconciliation of general ledgers
• Managing cash books for both companies
• Preparation of overseas payments
• Approval of creditors reconciliations and payment loading in banking systems
• Weekly sales reporting
• Coordination with internal and external audit teams
• Credit control for both sites
• Updating finance leases for both divisions
