Minimum requirements for the role:

Previous experience having worked as a Test Baker within a bread plant or milling environment is essential.
Previous knowledge of and experience with baking ingredients and baking processes are essential.
Previous experience having worked with enzymes is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Setting up and executing baking trials according to specifications.
Evaluating bread properties and maintaining an understanding of different bread textures.
Ensuring the assigned area adheres to good housekeeping practices.
Adhering to food safety policies and procedures during the preparation of bakery products.
