E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT (FLUENT IN XHOSA)

LOCATION – PINELANDS

We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to manage our E-commerce website, as well as assisting with the business intelligence for medical practices that we offer as a service. Other responsibilities will include the management of the goods delivery process, stock take, and ordering of stock. As well as, driving to practice locations and the management of the business’ social media pages.

Responsibilities –

Manage E-commerce Website
Manage Medical practice staff
Manage goods delivery process
Manage stock take and ordering of stock
Drive to practice locations
Manage social media
Report to the Owners of the business directly

Requirements –

Matric
Able to speak Xhosa fluently
Undergraduate Degree or Diploma beneficial
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in retail, call centre or an administrative position
Advanced WordPress management skills
Strong Microsoft office (specifically Microsoft Excel) skills
Valid SA driver’s license and access to a vehicle of your own
Leadership and organizational skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Must be enthusiastic
Must be responsible and have a good work ethic
Good management, interpersonal and conflict management skills
Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
Own laptop (with i5 processor) is advantageous
