The Faircape Group operates 6 high end retirement/lifestyle villages in the Western Cape. Locations of these estates are in Noordhoek, Kirstenhof, Tokai, Somerset West and Onrus.

Tokai Estate, has a vacancy for an organised, professional and presentable Receptionist to assist after hours at this sub-acute facility.

This high end facility provides high quality care to patients of all ages and is located near the Blue Route Mall and in close proximity to all major transport routes.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Welcome and greet all visitors into the healthcare in a courteous manner
Answer the telephone in a professional manner
Direct calls promptly, efficiently and courteously
Receive and convey messages verbally and electronically to the relevant person timeously
General administrative duties as required

Working Hours :
You will be required to work 16.25 shifts per month, according to the roster. Normal working days are Monday to Sunday. Week day shifts are from 19h00 – 22h00 and weekend shifts are 16h00 – 22h00 (you will be required to work every second weekend).

Requirements:
Senior Certificate (advantageous)
Previous experience as Receptionist advantageous
Professional communication skills and telephone etiquette
Experience in a hospital/medical environment ideal
Strong interpersonal skills
Neat, professional and presentable
Customer service orientated
