1. Repair and Maintenance of John Deere and related equipment
2. Managing of Staff
3. Managing of Income and Expenditure reports
4. Ensuring that all jobs are completed timeously and efficiently
5. Repair and maintenance of John Deere and related equipment
6. Providing customer service
7. General Administration
8. Available for call-outs
9. Responsible for health and safety in the department
10.General Housekeeping of working area

Requirements

1. At least 3 years John Deere experience
2. Customer and Communication Skills
3. At least 8 Years experience as a qualified technician
4. Computer Literacy
5. Supervisory and Human Relations Skills
6. Good Understanding of Budgets
7. Understanding of productivity and efficiency
