Currently, we are searching for a Receptionist for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:
Assisting with visitor and telephonic queries.
Receiving of all visitors to the office.
Ensure that calls are screened to ensure prompt resolution.
Operate the switchboard effectively, take messages and follow up on calls if necessary.
Check incoming faxes/mail daily and refer them to the correct person.
Fax and Email wage schedules, collective agreements, returns, registration documents etc. promptly.

General office duties:

Filing, faxing, printing, distribution of mail.
Check emails daily and answer external and internal emails.
Any other duties as requested by the Office Supervisor or management that may be required from time to time.

Requirements of this Post:

Grade 12.
Minimum 1-2 Years’ previous Receptionist experience
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
A stable track record.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently.
