Job Requirements:
Skills / Experience:
2 years’ relevant service experience.
A passion for recycling and how it can uplift individuals and communities to succeed.
Demonstrable experience in a Business Development position within the built environment sectors.
A consultative sales methodology.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
The ability to develop relationships with both operational and business.
A clear understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate these into recycling solutions.
Commercial skills including negotiation, development of business case and demonstrate ROI.
Confidence with clients including strategy meetings, service review meetings, project meetings.
An ability to embrace and manage change in a dynamic and fast growing organisation.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
Also operates effectively as representation of this enterprise.
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality.
Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of workflow processes. Effectively creates in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
Experience and/or knowledge in the following would be a bonus:
Autocad : either interpreting or being able to use the software.
Adobe creative suite.
Engineering measurement sizes and weights.
Knowledge of recycled materials.
Social media platforms : Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Payroll
Must Haves:
A valid license and your own transport or availability of your own transportation.
Lives in / near Gauteng and be able to travel around, if need be.
Completed Matric
Pc or laptop with webcam and internet connection
