Admin
Reconciling and sign-off on all admin from the cash office
Timesheets and Overtime
Responsible to check timesheets
Checking and reconciling overtime versus hours worked
Checking that staff schedules are in line with staff budgets
Stock
Receiving and checking system and investigating negative stock
Checking GRV’s
Health and Safety
Reporting all IOD’s to HR
Keeping all Health and Safety files up to date
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric Certificate.
A relevant computer course and/or Diploma in Administration would be advantageous.
At least 1 years’ experience in the Retail industry.
