Job Context

SERVEST INTEGRATED HAS A VACANCY FOR A QUALITY CONTROLLER REPORTING DIRECTLY INTO THE FACILITIES MANAGER IN PRETORIA. The candidate must have experience and be willing to learn new things with a good understanding of the facilities management environment

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, NQF level 4 Equivalent. Higher Certificate in Total Quality Management (or Equivalent) 3 years’ experience in operations or contract management Strong Microsoft skills must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Valid driver’s license Good verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staff Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail

Duties & Responsibilities:
Standard of housekeeping in the facility & staff adherence to PPE Quality of machinery & equipment Adherence to machinery & equipment SLA as per manufacturing manual Health & Safety compliance Auditing of work orders, work-in-progress & complete Drive internal auditing & preparation of external audits ISO standards maintained Each site inspection visit is unannounced in order to gain a true reflection of cleaning quality standards on site Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
