A fabulous family is looking for a NANNY for their children aged 2 & 5 years old
Working hours: Mon – Fri: 07h00 – 18h00
Start date: ASAP. Permanent role.
Duties: Ensuring personal needs of children are met on a daily basis. Changing nappies and potty training is required for my 2-year-old. Preparing meals and snacks. Bathing children as required. Dressing children as required. Reinforcing appropriate discipline for the children. Implementing daily routines.
Supervising children at all times in order to maintain a safe environment for the child.
Undertaking appropriate creative and outdoor activities for children. Accompanying my children to different outdoor activities.
Planning and supervising rest time for children
Tidying up children’s bedrooms and play areas
Washing and ironing of family clothes
General housework including vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, toilets, dusting, dishes, tidying, putting away groceries, making beds
Preparing and cooking snacks and meals as required
Able to read and cook from a recipe book
Running errands
Collecting my two children from school or their extra mural activities
Travelling local and abroad with my family
Valid driver’s license is an advantage but not necessary
Valid passport and work permit required
Salary: R6000 – R7000 per month
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
