Construction Project Manager needed: APPLY HERE

Candidates to be responsible for the management of civil and building works related to extensions and greenfield building works from initiation to client acceptance. Responsibilities cover the full construction project life-cycle, and include:

Review estimates
Reporting
Contract administration
Cost monitoring and control
Preparation and update of cash flows
Scheduling and progress control
Quality management
Quality control

Positions are available at different levels of seniority. All positions require a relevant degree or diploma in the built environment and registration with SACPCMP.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

COVID-19 considerations:
Candidates will be able to work remotely to a large extent, but will need to visit construction sites as required.
