Conveyancing Secretary (Half-Day) needed urgently: APPLY NOW

Responsibilities:

Working independently in all aspects of conveyancing, including transfers (residential and commercial), registration/cancellation of bonds and developments, etc.
Co-ordinating and maintaining attorneys’ diaries including organizing of all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements etc.
Maintaining a filing system that enables the timely retrieval of documents.
Handling of wills and testimonies as per instruction.
Liaising with and greet current and potential clients.
Providing timely updates on statistics, reports, analysis and plans.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Litigation typing as requested.
Collections.

Candidate Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 is an essential
Diploma (Legal Secretary/conveyancing qualification) is required
Experience of working with AJS would be advantageous
Experience of working with GhostConvey
Have sound knowledge of debt collecting
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Good interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills
High level of integrity
