Develop, implement, and evaluate a strategic communications plan that supports all initiatives/divisions/departments in the group.

Have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the group.

Driving the vision and strategy of the Marketing department and group.

Copy creation for marketing initiatives, social media platform, web, and communication pieces.

The ability to understand marketing opportunities from public relations, news generation, content creation for both social and digital communications platforms

Reputation communication management

Social media & communications platform maintenance including community management i.e. MailChimp, Facebook (Ad Manager), Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.

Managing and moderating the company database.

Assisting in the management of the company’s website(s).

Be actively involved in Search Engine Optimization efforts (content, keyword, image optimization, etc.)

To assist in the planning and monitoring of the brand’s presence on social media and website in order to grow the market base stay abreast of online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.

Provide analytics reports on a monthly bases

Sound administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to function effectively under pressure and to meet pre-set deadlines.

Knowledge and understanding of public communications, public relations, and marketing guidelines.

The ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the work method of the team, as well as to work independently.

Degree/diploma in communications/public relations or 3/4 year experience.

Excellent understanding related disciplines including content strategy, research, and creation. (Both digital and print)

Proficiency and experience in community management.

Understand trends and pop culture – identify fresh and interesting angles for articles.
