Main areas of focus:

Booking of all services once file confirms (transfers, touring, flights, car rental, premier lounge and restaurants).
Reconfirming of services & issuing vouchers.
Ensuring that all reconfirmation replies are saved on the document drive prior to submitting file to the Sales Consultant for checking.
Making sure that Client files are accurately and correctly filed.
Producing accurate guest documentation and timing itineraries.
Ensuring that guests documents are ready 2 weeks prior to guest arrival.
Submitting guests documentation for delivery.
Providing General assistance to Sales Consultants.
Focus on delivering excellence in customer service to Clients and Tour Consultants (speed of replies and accuracy).

Requirements and Experiences:

Diploma.
Some experience in handling reservations i.e flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire etc
Min 1 year reservations or support function experience in a tour-operating environment.
Teamwork with people.
Office/administration work (filing/typing).
Computer literate (Word/E-Mail/Internet).
Customer service.
