Dispatch Clerk wanted immediately: APPLY NOW

Ensures that all trucks are loaded with correct meat at correct time and correct temperatures
Responsible for the hygiene of the department
Scanning of daily stock after loading
Responsible for the FIFO (first in first out) system
Completing the product loading sheets and COC’s per truck

Requirements:

Computer literate
Managing a team of 10 people
2 years’ experience (in meat industry would be preferable)
Working hours from 4h00 till 14h00 with overtime as required

Availability: immediate
