Bongani Regional Hospital, is a leading Hospital is looking to hire a Receptionist. The below job spec includes however is not limited to;

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Switchboard
Reception duties
Guest hospitality
Office/General Administration

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, organize and maintain personnel records or all employees
Switch board duties:
Answering all incoming calls timeously and with precision.
Forwarding calls to the relevant departments and parties.
Professional telephone screening.
Take accurate and adequate messages when required and informing the relevant parties in a timeous manner.
Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and provide refreshments accordingly.
Have a professional, well presented appearance.
Booking of meetings if need be.
Booking of boardrooms.
General administrative and typing duties

DESIRED SKILLS:

Excellent admin, telephone and communication skills.
Computer Literate. (Microsoft Office Suit, Excel).
Well-presented and professional appearance.
Ability to work under pressure.
Self-supervision as well as being able to work in a team environment.

EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2-3 years’ experience in Administrative / Receptionist/ Secretary Role.

Computer Literate and intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suit, Excel, Word, etc.

Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (Preferred)
