Installation Team Leader required immediately: Salary R25 000 to R35 000 per month

The leadership of the Install Team:
Installing – CCTV, Alarm, Access Control and Data Networking
Management of Install team:
Manage install staff, check-ins, ensure efficiency and productivity, and handle HR role for the installations team. Track overtime and indicate where applicable for payroll. Communicate with Installations/ Ops or Project Manager as applicable
Design:
Understanding site requirements following client specifications or site inspection. Providing a solution that presents the optimum balance between what the client requires, price, and future fit needs.
Quoting:
Ability to build an installation proposal based on design – CCTV, Alarm, Access Control, and Data Networking
Coordinate installations:
Scheduling, communicating with client, liaising with contractors. Communicate with procurement team/ back office. Capture time for Install team.
Commissioning of installations:
Ensure that the client is left with a fully working installation, and that all requirements specified are met. Create commissioning documents and meet with client to sign off. Follow up the next day and see the installation through its teething phase.
Provide training where required.
Project Closing:
Ensure client receives a handover pack outlining where applicable:
Patch panel diagram
Installation layout
Cable fluke report
Commissioning documents
Call the client to check in if they are satisfied with the installation.
Installation stock levels:
Maintain tool and consumables stock levels. Track and manage.
Company Vehicle and Tools:
Assure proper maintenance and accountability for assigned company vehicle, tools, and installation inventory to promote professionalism, efficiency and productivity.
Client support:
Maintain the 4 hours minimum billable hours daily for general support requests and SLA visits/ projects average.
Assist Clients during teething issues after project completion.
