THE JOB AT A GLANCE

The Call Centre Agent (Warm Up/Lead Generation) in the Insurance Industry.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Handle customer inquiries telephonically:

Provide customers with accurate product and service information in an efficient manner.
Verify/authenticate client details.
Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Research required information using available resources.
Update existing customer personal information.

Identification, escalation and/or referral of queries:

Identify and escalate priority issues.
Identify and escalate/refer queries/calls to the relevant department for action (QA)
Ad hoc workflow assistance:

Support the contact centre team by providing any assistance and employer related queries on an ad ’hoc basis.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE?

3 Months or more Call Centre experience in lead generation (telephonic)
Grade 12 (Added advantage)
Computer literate (Added advantage)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. (Added advantage)
Data-entry experience and good typing skills. (Added advantage)
Experience in Call centre telephony and technology (Added advantage)
