Executive Assistant (Gauteng)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the Directors.
Help the Director coordinate and facilitate the implementation, monitor, and review projects.
Coordinating internal and external meetings.
Support directors in personal matters.
Overlook and manage all the properties.
Follow up and complete tasks for the Director.
Onboard new team members.
Prepare, review, and edit reports or documents.
Perform Excel calculations for reporting.
*These are some of the roles and responsibilities but are not limited to the above.
Requirement:
Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-driven, proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
Needs to be tech savvy on multiple platforms.
Must have 2-5 years of experience as executive assistant/ PA/ Admin Manager.
General knowledge of brick-and-mortar business.
Be professional when dealing with various stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Must have driver’s liscence.
