NHS Professionals International is recruiting Podiatrists (also known as Chiropodists) to relocate to the United Kingdom (UK) and work full-time for one of our National Health Service (NHS) partner Trusts.
Job description
As a Podiatrist, you will specialize in the foot, ankle, and leg with a focus on prevention, diagnosis and treatment and will look to treat and improve the mobility, independence, and quality of life for patients.
Some duties may involve:
Examining patients through touch, laboratory tests and X-Rays to diagnose a wide range of conditions such as bunions, heel spurs, arthritis, fungal, fractures and deformities.
Treat ailments with shoe inserts, set fractures with casts, and prescribe medication for condition.
Provide long term treatment and pain relief for those with conditions such as diabetes or circulation issues and or refer for correction surgeries should they be required.

About you
To apply for this role, you will have/be:
6 – 12 months paid experience in podiatry
Podiatry Degree (BSc) or an equivalent qualification
You may also have (but not essential):
Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
